The inscription on this pen was Inspired by the popular adage, "When you see only one set of footprints it was then I carried you." The top of the pen sets the scene with footprints trailing off into the distance alongside gentle ocean waves. The upper tube highlights an iconic excerpt from the poem, classically written in graceful, swooping calligraphy, while the pen clip features a cross tastefully mounted between the poem verse.
